We have been Decorum customers for 22 years are a little obsessed! We call our home Decorum-West because all furniture, artwork, and a lot of the lighting is from the store. Al and the team are just amazing - we have so much fun spending time shopping for home and office!

What a lovely store, filled with beautiful furniture and art. I was able to find a unique piece for my table. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory. It was an enjoyable visit.

Top-shelf service from start to finish. Each time we visited the showroom, we were warmly welcomed by our sales associate, Walter—truly a rare example of exceptional hospitality. He was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being overbearing. He took the time to understand our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate them. As we are in the process of building a new home, Walter was incredibly flexible, coordinating delayed delivery of our purchases and even extending white-glove delivery to our storage unit. That level of service is both impressive and appreciated. Thank you for the outstanding experience. It’s easy to see why Decorum Furniture has been in business since the mid-1970s. With an entire home still to furnish, we fully expect to be returning customers.

We have used the services of Al Cartado, with Decorum furniture, for several years because of the superior customer service he provides. We recently purchased a new home and were concerned if certain furniture would fit in specific rooms. Al made the extra effort to meet us there and measured each area to ensure we would be satisfied with it. We highly recommend him.

Decorum is known for its quality products and that is why we continue to shop there. In our recent purchase of a kitchen table and chairs, we were able to view the various materials, fabrics, and colors. Mark was instrumental in our decision from the slate table top with a beautiful metal frame and elegant chairs to match our mid-century modern decor at home. The entire staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I bought a sleeper sofa from Decorum and it is perfect. Mark helped me choose the size, color and fabric. I couldn’t get down to Decorum to personally select the sofa, so we talked it through on the phone. Between looking at pictures on line, discussing dimensions and Mark sending me material swatches in the mail - we do it!! And the sofa is a perfect fit and looks great! Thanks Mark!

It's a delayed thank you to Walter for his excellent service helping us to choose our next new sofa. He probably was the best sales person I've dealt with in years. Genuinely caring, warm and trying to really get the best product so we can enjoy it. We bought an American Leather sofa 7 months ago and it was a great choice.

We recently had a great experience at Decorum from start to finish. The showroom was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of quality pieces at different price points. What really made the difference was the outstanding service from our salesperson, Chris Killmon. He was knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for, and offered helpful suggestions that fit our style. We never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole process enjoyable. The ordering process was smooth, and everything was clearly explained, including delivery timeline. We would definitely recommend this store, and especially Chris to anyone looking for great furniture and excellent customer service. We’ll be coming back for future purchases!

Al was exceptional helpful and attentive with helping us purchase a chaise that would add effect to a newly renovated room in our home!’ He makes sure he goes out of his way to accommodate you. Al genuinely cares about his clients! We have shopped Decorum many times and Al is always the best!
